My family stayed at Brett’s place while we visited LSU’s campus. The place was nice, clean and close to LSU as described. Brett was attentive, answered questions quickly and also checked in several times (on the AirBnb app) to see if we needed anything. I will definitely stay there again.

The host Brett was very helpful and pleasant anytime I messaged with a question about restaurants or pass codes he replied real quick. My family and I really enjoyed the stay it was like home and the neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you

I’d like to start with saying the Brett was very nice and responsive to me always but the accommodations were a bit lacking. When we visited, it looked as if there hadn’t been anyone around to clean the unit. stains on countertops and dirt and dust on the floors. our towels smelled of mold and my shower floor was dirty. considering my cleaning fee was ~50% of my total, i thought it would be cleaner than I found it. Also, the washing machine had mold within it so we weren’t able to wash the towels that did smell of mold. While these things weren’t great, Brett did send someone to come rectify the issue. Another thing i didn’t love was that the thermostat was locked and i needed to contact Brett every time i wanted to change it so that he could do it from home. overall, the stay was okay but i think the cleaning fee should’ve been lower considering i walked into the unit with it dirty

The condo that Brett hosted was very nice, he was always very responsive and even allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!!!

Place was so nice my favorite part was the charging ports everywhere especially the ones you lay your iPhone on , place was also good for gaming or streaming has really fast internet I’ll most definitely be staying again and Brett was really nice and responsive he prefer personal phone calls and text but always very fast response on the app
