Experience modern comfort in a 2 bed, 2 bath newly updated ground level condo. With a walk out patio and large windows overlooking the picturesque Waskasoo Reserve, don't be surprised if you get a visit from some friendly wildlife. It being across the street from the Red Deer Regional Hospital, close to downtown, the Casino, Red Deer Polytechnic, The Centrium, shopping, restaurants and major highways; make it not only a prime location, but it's peacful and serene. Your perfect urban retreat. This open concept suite has just been fully updated with all modern finishes. It has a walk out patio and large picture windows featuring stunning views from every room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything one would need - pots, pans, dishes, instant pot, blender, toaster, utensils, coffee pot, electric kettle, oil, a good variety of spices, teas and coffees (single serve coffee or enjoy a pot) and more. There is in-suite laundry, a portable air conditioner in the main space during the warmer months, ceiling fans in both bedrooms with remote controls, a gas fireplace, two Roku TV's, black out curtains, and a selection of board games for guests to enjoy. Guests have access to one underground parking stall and extra free parking outside the front doors.

This beautiful condo was one of our favourite stays. Lisa & Tyler continually impressed us, from thoughtful gestures, having a fully stocked kitchen, stunning decor and the little things that made this space feel like home. I have been a repeat customer's of Lisa and Tyler's Airbnb. I have been working on and off in Red Deer for the past year and ever since I've found their Airbnb it has been my favourite go-to choice of stay whenever I'm in Red Deer. The hosts are both amazing, kind people and it reflects in the Airbnb as well. They have thought of everything one could need to make this the perfect home for any guest. This is a very clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay in Red Deer. The underground parking garage is helpful during the cold winter months. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in red deer.
It’s my second time staying at Lisa and Tyler’s listing. They’ve put a lot of time and effort into their home which is why I always stay here whenever I visit Red Deer. I had a problem with the pad lock to the front door and they were able to find a replacement and fix it right away. On top of the amenities and cleanliness they are really prompt with their replies making my stay stress free and enjoyable.

If you're here for an event, Westerner Park and the Centrium are only 4.3 km away. The new Red Deer Resort and Casino has just opened and the condo is a 2 minute drive away or even a quick walk.
Indulge your inner shopper and foodie with the proximity to various south end shopping centers; Bower Mall, Winners, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Canadian Tire, various grocery stores and a medley of dining options are all within easy reach.
Getting around is a breeze. Exploring the area is effortless with various transportation options at your fingertips. Hop on a bike or rent an electric scooter to navigate the neighbourhood and or trails with ease. Public transportation provides convenient connectivity, making it simple to reach your desired destinations, For those who prefer a more motorized experience, renting a vehicle is a great choice and a taxi is just a phone call away.
Parking is hassel free with one underground parking stall provided for guest use; and just outside the front doors is additional visitor parking available and free for guests to use. Should guests need more parking options, free/paid street parking and or access to the hospital's paid parking lot is also available.
