Excellent location. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Apartment tasteful, and a good size. Lovely view.
The apartment is really nice we slept on very comfortable beds. Place is exactly as described and very close to supermarket and take away eateries. Ruth is very responsive and even stocked up the pantry with cooking items. I would recommend this place for families and couples.

Great spot in Melbourne - close to Trams and plenty of restaurants. Would recommend.
The only 2 gaps were the lack of any balcony furniture to sit on and secondly lots of wardrobe space but no drawers in them to put small items of clothing. Otherwise worth staying here even with those gaps.

Brunswick Street, Smith Street and Johnston Street, lined with eateries and shopping, are all within a very comfortable walking distance. For a warm cup of coffee, check out Hugo's. Come dinnertime, make your way to Goon BBQ for delicious Korean or Akasiro for some Japanese and sushi. Major supermarkets, Coles and Woolworths, organic fruit and veggie shops, vegan specialty shops, pharmacies and 7/11 are all close by.
The Collingwood train station is a 10-minute walk and offers transport directly to the CBD. The 12 and 109 trams on Victoria Parade will also take you straight to the city.
Trams, trains and busses are right on your doorstep and provide a quick and easy ride to the CBD and tourist spots.
Collingwood is about 15-20 minutes from the CBD on the 86 tram from Smith St and Victoria Park train station is a 15 minute walk away which takes you directly to Melbourne's CBD stations.
If you are feeling energetic it's a nice 30-40 minute walk through parklands - Fitzroy Gardens, to the apartment from the CBD.
The apartment has a tram stop located close by (less than 100 metres away) and is walking distance from supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping.
Airport: Take the tram or train to Southern Cross Station where you can access the airport buses and trains. An Uber from the city is most efficient, costing about $50 and takes about a half hour depending on traffic.
Parking: Please keep in mind our apartment does not have free parking on-premise. There is paid on-street parking in front of our building or there is an underground Coles (paid) carpark just 4 minutes walk.
Secure luggage storage is available at Southern Cross Station (in the CBD) from $8 per day if you're planning on exploring and spending a bit more time in Melbourne, or you've scooped an amazingly cheap airfare that lands on a red-eye flight and need somewhere to put your luggage for a while longer.
