What a disappointment! We were shocked by the welcome in the apartment. First, the host did not come to greet us, we had to go to their office to get the keys. As a result, we were unable to carry out an inventory of the situation. The apartment was dirty, there was hair and dust all over the floor and also in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. There were body hair in the bathroom cupboards and on the handles of the drawers. The kitchen cupboards were full of crumbs, the fridge stank and hadn't been cleaned. In addition to this, a cigarette smell was present throughout the apartment, the sheets, duvets and towels reeked of tobacco. This shows that the bed linen has not been washed and that the apartment has not even been ventilated. The host did not deign to reimburse us part of what we had paid while we were welcomed into a filthy apartment.
