We stayed at Roel’s place for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A bright, modern, sunny and spacious apartment which was a joy to waken up to and spend time in. We made good use of the balconies particularly the one with the fabulous views overlooking Leuven. The apartment is extremely comfortable, well laid out and has all mod cons to ensure guests have a truly fantastic time. We enjoyed the quiet area while still being within short walking distance to the hub of the city. We hope to return and would definitely recommend. Roel was a great host. All in all an apartment with the feel-good factor. 😊

The location is great, we walked everywhere, even from the station. Busses are also easily available. It is quiet, but central and there are two balconies with pretty views. I especially loved the bell chimes of the central church. Thank you for your great communication and helpful advice. We completely fell in love with Leuven and hope to come back soon.

Great place, very central but quiet. Easy walking distance from attractions. Looked exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable; kitchen well stocked. Roel was the perfect host - very helpful, very proactive, very flexible. Any question we had, he answered straight away and his answers were always super helpful. A nice surprise in the fridge made us feel really welcome. I would definitely recommend Roel.

My wife and I have never used an Airbnb or other like service. We were always concerned about what we would find when we arrived. The property and owner have abated our fears. Roel was readily available by phone and very responsive. He checked in with us through the Airbnb portal to make sure there were no issues and to see if we needed anything additional. Property was accurately represented in the listing and pictures are an excellent representation of the property. The apartment was clean, quiet, and very private. Location was 5 minute walk to Grote Market and an additional 5 minutes to the Oude Market and central shopping district . We would definitely stay at this property again if it is available during our next visit. Thank you Roel!

We verbleven een weekend in dit appartement van Roel omdat we naar een trouwfeest gingen in Leuven. Deze plek was ronduit geweldig omdat ze op wandelafstand ligt van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, bars en winkels. Toch is het zeer rustig gelegen op de 7e verdieping van een gebouw, gelukkig met lift. Het appartement heeft een onverbeterlijk uitzicht over de historische binnenstad, is smaakvol en handig ingericht, voelt erg ruim aan en alles was netjes en schoon. Zowel ik als mijn vriendin voelden ons meteen thuis. Roel was ook een supermakkelijk bereikbare host om afspraken te maken over aankomst en vertrek. Als local kent hij de ins en outs van deze stad ook zeer goed. Aanbevolen!!
