I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new building for 2 weeks. The facility is impressively nice and clean, showcasing the modern design that reflects its freshness. Although I noticed the windows needed washing during my stay as they were very dirty so we didn’t open the blinds, but it was reassuring to see management of the building scheduled the task as we left. The location is a definite highlight, with easy walking access to many restaurants on the strip, Dubai mall , and the iconic Burj Khalifa. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and we enjoyed the proximity to these attractions. While the pool area is well maintained, it’s worth noting it doesn’t get much sun due to neighboring towers. If you’re looking to soak up the sun the beach would be more suitable. One aspect to be aware of is the noise of supercars racing up and down the street at night, which could be potentially disturbing for light sleepers but it didn’t bother us. Overall a 5 star rating
