For something sold as "deluxe" is quite lacking, I rarely decide to rate when I'm not happy with one or two details, but this time decided to call out to warn a bout details that are not quite obvious on the ad, there is no deluxe in a house second level partitioned to be 3 "deluxe" airbnb rooms, no tv, too noisy, bear in mind the "room" next door is just a house wall separating them so even sneezing or opening the tap water seemed that they were inside your room, it says free parking, but really is just street parking on the side of the house, good luck if you are in a rental and someone decide to scratch it, the cherry on top, the room was at 26C and couldn't bring it down, I have been in one too many airbnb's (45 to be precise) and this one go to the bottom of the list

Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück entpupte sich als Parkplatz auf der Straße. Ansonsten alles super. parking on site turned out to be parking on street. everything else was fine.
