Absolutely loved my stay! It was my first time in Pittsburgh but the atmosphere of the home made me feel perfectly in place. It was more than what I expected and the hosts were the most proactive, responsive, and friendly I’ve ever encountered. I wish I never had to leave but I’ll definitely be planning my way back!
We had a great stay at Chad's place while spending Easter holiday weekend with our University of Pittsburgh student. Chad was super responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay and gave lots of great recommendations. The property was spotless, so nicely decorated with a ton of space. Wish the weather had been nicer as the outside space is beautiful as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Terrific stay! Traveled with my family of four (two teens) to be a tourist in Pittsburgh. House was immaculate! Hot tub was a definite perk. Ubered to the city. Walkable to the overlook for absolutely breathtaking views of the city. And walkable to Bigham Tavern…. Yum! Thank you for a great stay. Hope to be back again one day. :)
We booked this AirBnB for a weekend trip with college friends. Three bathrooms were absolutely key as we had three couples. The house was spacious and perfectly clean. The bathrooms are amazing! The living area provided ample space for all three couples to hang out together. The outdoor space has a lovely firepit to sit around. There is a grocery store and several pubs/restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
From check in to check out, all went smooth. Everything was as advertised, between hot tub & accommodations all exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely refer Chad and 159 Ulysses Street House in Pittsburgh if anyone wants or needs a house for 6-8 people.

Mt. Washington is all about the views, and Grandview Ave. is known for it's world-class skyline viewing. You're less than 2 blocks away! Easy to navigate to and from, you're just a few minutes from Station Square, Southside, North Side, downtown, and plenty of other attractions in the city. The Mon Incline is less than 10 minutes by walking away, giving you easy access to the rest of the city.

Conveniently situated less than two blocks from Grandview Ave. on Mt. Washington, and a <10 minute walk to the bars & restaurants of Shiloh or the east side of Grandview with LeMont, Monterrey Bay, and more.
A <10 minute walk will also lead you to the Monongahela Incline, which provides connections to Pittsburgh's subway system known as the "T," stationed at Station Square. The "T" offers transportation to key destinations including Heinz Field, PNC Park, PPG Paints Arena, Rivers Casino, and all the vibrant cultural districts in downtown Pittsburgh.
Both Uber and Lyft are super easy from here as well!
