The open plan space has high ceilings and 2 large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The fully fitted kitchen has all the equipment required to make a home cooked meal, that's if you are not tempted by the wide choice of restaurants located a matter of steps away. Facilities in the kitchen include an oven, ceramic hobs, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. All cooking equipment, crockery and basic cooking supplies including salt, pepper, olive oil , coffe and tea. Cleaning materials, bin liners and laundry detergent will also be available, making it ideal for longer term stays. The studio has a comfortable double bed with a brand new matress and a new small single 2ft 6 wide sofa bed, ideal for guests travelling with a child. The sofa bed is also suitable for adults but is quite narrow. Guests staying for longer than 7 days will be supplied with a spare set of clean and ironed bedding. A travel cot can be provided but with the studio being on the 2nd floor it may not be ideal for guests travelling with an infant. ** Please note I cant guarantee the travel cot will be available as I only have one and it may be in use in one of our other listings** The studio is designed for comfortable complete self-contained living space for two but can accommodate 2 adults & 1 child or even 3 adults if required. ☆Fast Wi-Fi i and a smart TV with free Netflix guest account is included , but please note there is no arial for terrestrial Tv service☆. The apartment is heated by 2 electric heaters that you will have complete control over. The studio also benefits from a self check in key lock box and video intercom entry system. The shower room is fitted with an electric shower, basin with vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail.
