An open plan modern living space with full kitchen facilities and all the amenities of a home to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located in the heart of the city centre within a short walk to Coventry University and all of the cities central attractions. Restaurants, shops & bars are all located on the doorstep. CBS arena, Warwick uni, JLR, Birmingham are easily accessable by public transport. One of our four listings at Trinity st, an ideal space for both short and longer term stays. ☆☆Discounts available on longer stays☆☆ A fantastic 34m2 studio redecorated and refurnished August 2023. The open plan space has high ceilings and 2 large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The fully fitted kitchen has all the equipment required to make a home cooked meal, that's if you are not tempted by the wide choice of restaurants located a matter of steps away. Facilities in the kitchen include an oven, ceramic hobs, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. All cooking equipment, crockery and basic cooking supplies including salt, pepper, olive oil , coffe and tea. Cleaning materials, bin liners and laundry detergent will also be available, making it ideal for longer term stays. The studio has a comfortable double bed with a brand new matress and a new small single 2ft 6 wide sofa bed, ideal for guests travelling with a child. The sofa bed is also suitable for adults but is quite narrow. Guests staying for longer than 7 days will be supplied with a spare set of clean and ironed bedding. A travel cot can be provided but with the studio being on the 2nd floor it may not be ideal for guests travelling with an infant. ** Please note I cant guarantee the travel cot will be available as I only have one and it may be in use in one of our other listings** The studio is designed for comfortable complete self-contained living space for two but can accommodate 2 adults & 1 child or even 3 adults if required. ☆Fast Wi-Fi i and a smart TV with free Netflix guest account is included , but please note there is no arial for terrestrial Tv service☆. The apartment is heated by 2 electric heaters that you will have complete control over. The studio also benefits from a self check in key lock box and video intercom entry system. The shower room is fitted with an electric shower, basin with vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail. Towels and toiletries are provided. **Please note the studio is located on the 2nd floor with 3 staircases and 45 stairs so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, or any guests travelling with an infant or young child** **Located on a very busy high street with bus stops located outside and bars close by so potential for noise** **Parking info can be shared if you message me, website links not permitted on listing. Coventry city Council & Parkopedia websites have full parking information. The studio location is Trinity street CV1 1FL which will indicate walking distances** Plenty of parking options in the City available. Great plcae to stay, convenient and comfortable , just few steps away from shopping and main Bus Station. Ray has been very nice nd great host.
A great stay, beautifully clean. Ray was an amazing host. So responsive and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is up from a betting shop and a late night pub so there were a few folks around in the evening that may be off putting for some. Saying that, my husband was using the apartment to go to and from Warwick University and it suited him fine. He really loved the apartment for the ease of the commute. Thank you Ray for a great stay and all your help.
We booked Rays place for one of our employees and he loved the place. He’s asked us to book it again next time he’s down in Coventry working.

A few minutes walk to the Cathedral, Transport museum, Coventry University and bus station.
Restaurants, shops, bars, takeaways, puregym are all located on the doorstep.
The bus stop for Warwick University and JLR is located directly outside the studios main entrance.
Sainsburys and M&S food hall are both within a 2 minute walk.
The train station is a 15 minute walk. Birmingham , NEC and the airport are all accessible within a 20 minute train journey.
City centre attractions are all within a short walk. Located in close proximity to the studio is bicycle hire stands and a public paid car park is within 6 minute walk on Bishop street.
The bus station is a 3 minute walk away and the train station is 15 minutes walk.
