A really lovely spacious apartment, with a super comfy bed, and the most brilliant powerful shower with loads of hot water. Really peaceful residential location, with friendly neighbours. Helmut and his wife Marietherese were so friendly and welcoming. An added bonus was the fact that although the listing states that the apartment does not have its very own entrance, you don’t actually need to walk through Helmut’s house in order to get to your front door, as there is just a shared stairwell with him, like in a flat.

Erg mooi appartement. Het was super schoon en Helmut en zijn vrouw hebben hun best gedaan om het voor ons met onze baby comfortabel te maken. De omgeving is erg mooi en je wandelt zo vanuit het huis het bos in.

Helmut was a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment comprises the whole upper floor with a spacious, wide balcony facing towards an extensive garden with a large cherry tree and the adjoining forest behind. The balcony faces west and thus invites sitting and enjoying the afternoon sun and the sunset. The kitchen is comfortable and well appointed, the bedroom has ample storage space and I was able to park my car and a motorbike on the premises. The location is private at the edge of meadows and forest amnd very quiet. The only - though for me irrelevant -minor issue was that the satellite TV was not equipped for Internet streaming, though a wide range of satellite TV channels is available. Helmut and his wife were helpful in every regard and I can only highly recommend their place.
