Kitchen: Adjacent to the living/bedroom area is a private well-equipped kitchen space. Très joli studio propre et bien équipé avec plein de petites attentions de la part de notre hôte. Acceptant les petits chiens. Par contre de l'extérieur pas attractif du tout et on entend beaucoup les bruits des voisins du dessus. Le lit peut-être un peu petit mais confortable malgré tout.
This was my third stay at Silvia's and was every bit as good as the first. A really welcoming and comfortable space which feels very homely. Silvia is a great host, clear instructions, useful notes and even a few welcome gifts. Highly recommend.
Silvia is a very nice and generous host. Her service was like a 4 star hotel. She had provided everything you may imagine for us from food to washing stuff, etc. her flat is a cozy studio in south east London with easy access to public transport. I recommend everyone book her flat for holiday in London.
Had a lovely stay in Silvia's apartment for a work trip. The space is really homely and nicer inside than the pictures show. Everything is beautifully clean and all you need for a great stay is provided. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is quiet for a good sleep. It was easy to park on the street outside and the station was close by if needed. Have already booked again.

In Plumstead, you have many ways to get to the city, The first option outside the house is the bus stop, bus number 53 which works anytime goes to the city and the last stop is on Lower Marsh.
The second option walk down Griffin Road Street until you find the junction and turn left and you will be able to see the train station, the stop is Plumstead, and it will take you 5 minutes to walk from the house to the station.
and the best option is to walk to the corner and take the bus 291 towards Woolwich Arsenal (you will arrive in 5 minutes) once in Woolwich you can access different public transport as the new Elizabeth Line will take 17 minutes to be in the city, DLR passing through Canning Town and towards Stratford or Bank, also in Woolwich you can find tren and buses towards to the city.
If you have your own car you can park outside the house is free.
