I had a great time at Masanobu's place. He's welcoming, flexible, and attentive. The price is good for having your own studio and you will have everything you need inside, I felt home very quickly. Although it's a bit distant from tourist attractions, it's easy and affordable to get around (maximum 1 hour and ~1.50$). The kitchen is pretty basic and the washing machine didn't wash very well, but there's a nearby laundry. Overall, I highly recommend Masanobu and his apartment!

Great place, wonderful value. I especially loved the location - it's quiet and close to three different supermarkets, a bunch of convenience stores, bus lines, train.

First , I need to tell you , The photo did not do justice to the actual place . The room is spacious enough , with a balcony . Everything is perfect . And Masa San is such Kind and helpful human being . As I preferred home cooked meal , he helped me every way , so that I can get better meal here . I loved my stay and definitely recommend for solo travelers to choose this place. .

一切美好的體驗！雖然離市中心很遠，大致上去哪裡都需要將近1小時的時間，但非常有家的感覺，房間內提供了所有需要的物品，面馬路的房間有時有點吵，但不影響，Masa非常友好回覆即時，重點可以英文溝通～ 周遭有三家超市、百元店、還有只開五六日的直送肉品店！走路30步以內😁可以買到品質非常的和牛.豚.雞.野菜好且便宜～可以買回家料理，我住的非常開心，謝謝Masa!! 我會在回來的～

I want to say that this place was amazing and quite frankly, I regret not booking the place for the majority of my stay in Kyoto. The host is friendly, adaptable, and respectful. Not once did I have an issue with the space! The bed is super comfy and the room is adequately spaced! I would recommend!
