FIRST FLOOR: - Dining table for 8 - Fully equipped kitchen - Tastefully decorated living room with TV - Game table with selection of board and card games - Half bathroom SECOND FLOOR: - Master bedroom with king size Tempur-Pedic mattress, en-suite bathroom - Laundry room - Second bedroom with queen size bed - Full bathroom THIRD FLOOR: - Third bedroom with bunk bed (twin size top bunk, full size bottom bunk, twin size trundle) and queen bed - Desk - Access to rooftop deck INNOVATIVE AMENITIES: Step into a world of relaxation and entertainment as you explore the unique amenities that set our home apart: - Rooftop Deck: Ascend to the rooftop deck, and sip your morning coffee as the sun rises or stargaze with your loved ones in the evening. - Cozy Patio: Our outdoor patio beckons you to gather around the inviting fire pit. Share stories, laughter, and marshmallow-toasting sessions under the starlit sky. NOTE: Patio furniture is stored in the garage during winter months. - Game Area: Unleash your competitive spirit in our dedicated game area, complete with an assortment of board games that cater to all ages and preferences. HOUSE RULES: - Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. If a party is held, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee. - No unregistered guests on the property. The total number on the reservation must match the number of guests on the property. - Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am - please be respectful of the basement tenant! Excessive noise will result in a termination of the reservation. - All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The host will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

We enjoyed our stay at Michael's place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having a nice place to hang out during our visit to see relatives in Cleveland. There is a ton of storage space. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has nice appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe. We walked 5 minutes or less to a few fun restaurants during our stay. Parking on the street or in the garage was a breeze. The keyless entry was convenient. We would stay there again.
Very spacious, great communication. He proactively notified us of a forgotten belonging and went the extra mile for us to retrieve it before our flight. Thank you!
We had a terrific stay at Michaels' property. We agree with all of the other positive reviews but something unique stood out to us compared to other rentals we have stayed in the past. Michael's instructions were easy, to the point, and effective. There were no laminated directions or warnings throughout the property. Everything was simple and enjoyable. The digital door locks were the most intuitive we have experienced and all of the essentials were provided which was greatly appreciated! Thanks, Michael for sharing your lovely property!

I stayed at Michael’s place with a small group of friends for the women’s final four - had a great time! Loved the kitchen in particular, and the very comfortable beds. Neighborhood is walkable, found a couple great restaurants and coffee shops.
