My group had a wonderful stay in Jim's home. The home was just as advertised. From the beginning of the rental process, Jim was attentive, clear, and in particular, understanding of our group's particular needs. Jim made every effort to accommodate those needs - which enhanced our experience in Ptown, for sure. If you are a family or a group that seeks a relaxing time in Ptown - away from all the hustle and bustle (but close enough to center of town if you want to enjoy all the fun Ptown has to offer), Jim's home is very well situated. I will definitely look into renting his home in the future.

Our stay at Jim's house was fantastic! We were 2 families- 4 adults and 4 older kids- and there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The house had everything we needed- including towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a few issues when we first got there, but Jim was easy to contact, and fixed everything immediately without being intrusive at all. Jim made sure we were comfortable at all times. The pool was lovely and it was great being close, but not too close to town- and easy walk or drive. The beaches were also close- easy to drive to if bringing lots of stuff also a great bike ride. I will say though, if you are looking for a house with a large TV- this house is not for you, TV's were present but very small. This was not an issue for us at all however. We had a lovely vacation- highly recommend!

Spacious, quiet and comfortable home with beautiful artwork and furnishings. Excellent location to National State Parks and Commercial St. We’d drive and park to go out for dinner/evening fun - quick 5 min drive back. Great for working out too … we were a group of gals and most of us jogged daily through the neighborhood and paths near the parks - safe and beautiful area! Great kitchen, pantry and sitting areas throughout house. We used the kitchen a lot and were really happy with how well the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, etc. We felt the house could use a bit of TLC cleaning but overall was fine. Jim is a gracious and responsive host - you’ll see this in many reviews and it’s 100% accurate!

Fantastic private location on outskirts of Ptown in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood! The house offers quiet and privacy and is fully stocked in terms of kitchen wares and gear! Jim is a great host!
