It is located at the most prime area of Butterworth which is easy to access to public transportation, local famous hawker food and many more. - 2 Bedroom with 1 King Size, 2 Single Size bed and 2 floor mattress with air-conditional. - 2 Bathroom with water heater, body shampoo, hair shampoo. - Common space with free Wifi, Smart TV, Air-conditional. - Light cooking is allowed with basic kitchenware. - 1 private parking lot provided - Gated & guarded community *Don't forget to bring your own tooth-brush, towel, etc. for hygiene purpose. We will still provide towels according to the number of guests checked in.*

我住过这栋公寓不下于 5次，感觉现在的民宿管家都很官方，一堆规则还没入住就备有压力。但是这间的屋主很亲切随和，善于沟通，态度超好的！室内干净整齐，还备有咖啡milo给我们，贴心👍 整体来说真的太棒了，下一次旅游会再次选择这间民宿。

Location of the flat is pretty good in terms of getting around Butterworth (the food!!) and to/from Penang. The apartment is new, clean, well equipped, and has a great view of the city and Penang Island. The condo facilities however are not fantastic. The pool is pretty small, the water is always cold (on the flip side, it's pretty empty most of the time), the jacuzzi does not work and the pool closes between 12 noon to 3pm daily for maintenance. I ended up not using very much of it. The host, Carmen, is very friendly and responsive. We had a disaster of a burst pipe in the middle of the night (which was not due to lack of maintenance so not the host's fault, guess it was just our luck!) which kept us up cleaning and finding makeshift solutions to stop the leak to the wee hours. Carmen was awfully apologetic, responsible and even offered to come over to help in the middle of the night! She very quickly got a plumber and solved the issue the next morning and even got us a small gift!

There are a lot of choices for those who love shopping: Sunway Carnival Mall and Megamall which only need around 10minutes driving distance. There are also Queensbay Mall, Gurney Plaza, and Gurney Paragon at Penang island too! You can also buy anything you need at Econsave Hypermarket which located beside the condominium within 5 minutes walking distance..
You may also have your chill time at Aroma Butterworth, Autocity, and Icon city.
