we stayed in the property due to our house being repaired, therefore our insurance covered the costs of the accommodation. It was the only suitable property available and closest to our home. Access to the M1 motorway at peak traffic is difficult but once the new on/off ramp is complete, it should improve. This is a standard new 3 bedroom home with basic utilities and amenities. We would recommend a bbq be made available and would allow for better use of the small outdoor area. There is a barking dog on a neighbouring property but only does so if someone is outside or walking by. The property suited our needs in the circumstances but as said only basic items are provided. The agent/owners are excellent with communication and were very accommodating in allowing to extend at short notice, and providing another property if required.

Unfortunately the bins that line the street and obstruct access to the house smell awful and attract flies. The flies completely took over and nothing we could do would get on top of them. We had 100s of maggots all over the kitchen and front room. We tried to clean but there was no broom or working vacuum so we had to go around picking up all the maggots with our hands late at night. The place is uncomfortably small and we were staying for a couple of weeks. Perhaps for a weekend stay it would be okay. The hosts were very responsive though and when I alerted them to the problems they tried to fix them reasonably quickly.

We had some issues with cleaniless when we arrived however Yorke was very responsive and sent cleaners back to clean. Location was quiet and close to dreamworld . Easy check in process.
