House was great. Clean and luxurious. But maintenance was terrible. There is a guy who sits, eats, watches TV and work in the living room all the time. He talks so loud when he is on the calls. he plays TV so loud when it is night time. He lives with his girlfriend and seem to rent a room for 3 months. I requested a couple of time to lower the TV noise but no use. I had to move to a top floor. There is no privacy because of his presence int he living room all the time. I called the management team and no use. They stop replied to me when I asked when does he move out. There are no rule in this house. The money you paid is non-refundable for a reason. If you are looking to rent this for more than few days, please don't. Or be ready to live with this guy. If the management is more responsible this place could have gotten five star rating. Such a shame.

The stay was really nice and homely. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the stay.
