Had a lovely weekend away the house has absolutely everything you need and more. Kitchen had everything you need to cook if you liked and the extra touches at the breakfast bar were very thoughtful making it extra special! Enjoyed the fire, bath and the projector. Stumbled upon the local duck calling competition at the Patangata Tavern on the Friday night, can't beat a kiwi small town pub and the fish and chips were great. Would definitely visit again. Location close enough to Havelock North etc to visit some wineries.

Nick & Marlena were attentive hosts and catered to every need and responded to texts within minutes.The cottage had a luxurious feel to it and the info book added a wonderful touch to the place, as it contained details that many do not think of. We didn't really need food as Marlena thought of everything. The cottage contained pastries, yogurts, fruits, bread, spreads, sauces and lots of snacks (to die for). The highlight of our getaway was sitting in the fields with a picnic blanket and some wine, relaxing and unwinding with the peaceful farm animals surrounding us. We also loved the night baths by candlelight. Marlena, you have an incredibly special place and we loved every minute of it. Thank you for creating a wonderful abode for your guests to enjoy.

Very very nice accommodation, Nick and Marlena prepared the house very well and they are so sweet. This will be your first choice to feel the nature at countryside with brilliant farm view. Top recommended! Thanks to Nick and Marlena.

Such a beautiful spot. Nick and Marlena have thought of every possible thing you’d want/need for the perfect getaway. The attention to detail is incredible. The complementary “help yourself” section and the organic and natural foods/products were a massive standout for us! Not to mention the bottle of wine on arrival! The location is superb with the most stunning views. The outdoor bath is the perfect size for two. A complete 10/10 through and through. We will be back!
