This is a true countryside retreat, located within a 20 minute drive to Garden City where you will find many food and retail options in the heart of Southwest Kansas. No pets are allowed in the house or on the property. Also no smoking or parties. Our farmhouse is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen with dining room, living room, laundry room, as well as a front and back porch. Two of the bedrooms are located on the second level and remaining two are located on the main level. Plenty of parking space and a large yard for your outdoor enjoyment.
