Let us offer you complete enjoyment in Skopje In a space of 50 square meters we offer you a wonderful place for rest . The apartment has a small but cozy living room with a dining area and an incorporated modern kitchen. The bedroom is spacious, and for complete relaxation, in addition to its modern design, a second TV has been added. In the hallway of the apartment there is a big closet, one part of which is a technical part, where all the cleaning utensils are located, but also iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. are located in this part. The toilet is fully equipped. Hot water is provided via a water heater, and guests will need to turn on the water heater during their stay. We kindly ask that you don't smoke inside the apartment. But, from the living room there is a beautiful terrace, which has a view of a peaceful park zone, where smoking is allowed.

If I could give this apartment a 5+ rating, I would! It had by far the best amenities one can ever think of. One can truly tell how much at home Olivera wants you to feel when staying at her place. Bonus points for the comfortable blanket that we could use when relaxing in the living room or the high-quality shower essentials. The bed is super comfy, the neighborhood is very quiet, and an easy 25min walk to downtown. The internet is fast in case you need to work, and Olivera is very responsive with whatever you may need. Lots of food options around! I've never felt so much at home and it's because Olivera really took care of all of the details. We felt pampered when staying at her place. And we loved the art! We can't wait to be back soon!

Totul la superlativ! Apartamentul este utilat cu tot ce este nevoie, arată impecabil, totul nou și curat. Gazda foarte cooperativa, ne a ajutat cu tot ce aveam nevoie. Dacă vom mai avea ocazia sa revenim in Skopje, cu siguranța vom alege sa stam aici iar.

Back at this Airbnb for round two and it’s still awesome! Super clean and comfy, just like last time. The hosts are great - really friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was right there, and it all feels well looked after. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill place to stay. Can’t wait to come back again!😍

The neighborhood abounds with a large number of cafes, supermarkets (a big supermarket "Ramstore"is located on the street right behind the apartment, 2 minutes away), shopping centers and children's playgrounds, as well as the municipal hospital, which is located 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

There are several free parking lots near the apartment, but the closest are two: one behind the building and one to the right side of the building's entrance.
