Whether you choose to bring family or friends to this great secluded private annex with lots of room both inside and out, you are sure to have a relaxing time. We are only a two minute walk from the award winning pub and restaurant The Fox & Hounds, (booking recommended). There are lots of countryside walks and being central to either Norwich or the coast you won’t be short of things to do. Completely self contained, open plan kitchen lounge and diner. Two spacious double bedrooms of which one can be made up to two single beds on request. Bathroom complete with large corner shower. Towels and all bedding provided. Hairdryers and iron & board in both bedrooms. The garden is fully enclosed with a patio and garden furniture to sit and relax. We also have a wood fired hot tub where you can unwind under the stars. Please note there is an additional charge of £20 per night for the use of the hot tub with a consecutive two nights minimum use. We do however provide you with extra towels, fill with fresh water and light ready for your arrival. We’ll also maintain the hot tub during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Orchard Farm - Annex, to see family. Spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a very short stroll to the local pub. We will be back to stay next week for a few days before heading back to Australia. All communications were fantastic. Very highly recommended! Thank you Terry and Tracey
fantastic place for a weekend getaway. so spacious and clean. the hot tub was amazing. such great hosts. the pub a stones throw away was fantastic with great food. Will definitely come back.
Great easy stay just what we wanted
A very lovely spacious annexe in a quiet area. Another mirror in the 2nd bedroom would have been good. The fox and hounds pub was friendly and the food was delicious and is only 5 minute walk from the annexe. Tracey was very friendly and always answered messages straight away. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a really fabulous stay here. Thank you Tracey and Terry
Great stay with Terry and Tracey who were always friendly on hand to help whenever needed. The Annexe was perfect for our stay ,as was the wood fired hottub which we enjoyed for our whole stay. The award winning pub 2 mins walk away with big garden as an additional positive :)

A quiet village, 10 miles south of the cathedral city of Norwich and only 25 miles from the nearest coast. We have an abundance of footpaths and nearby tourist attractions all of which are listed within the annex.
Ideally you would have a form of transportation although there is a bus service approximately half a mile away. There is ample parking outside the annex.
