A very Tiny Studio with all the basic amenities and located at Superb location of Koregaon Park. With the best of Cafes and Eateries a few mins away and Medicals and Groceries just outside the main gate, this place is ideal for both short and long stays. Although very compact this place is located in a prime area of park with easy connectivity.

The place was cozy and private, a bit difficult to find for once but is good to stay for short term layovers
Tiny but comfortable and peaceful. Just a suggestion, the curtain should be non transparent so that sunlight will not enter and you can sleep peacefully at afternoon.
We stayed at their place for four days, and most of the day we would be out, but the place felt so welcoming. Neat and clean, they have maintained it well, and they were very responsive and we had a really great stay there!
No internet, as mobile signals are week from the room we need internet to work for communications. Cooler provided is not working properly, water is being coming out from fan and water also not clean
the location was perfect, very clear instructions for check in, no nosy neighbours
