El apartamento es cómodo, en una zona tranquila, es un poco caliente la habitación, pues da el sol directamente en una ventana que da sobre la cama, que aunque está opaco el vidrio pasa la luz y el calor, tiene lavadora pero no hay donde extender la ropa. El internet estuvo intermitente dos días.

Perfect for what I needed during my stay. Clean, nicely furnished, and a great size bed. The apartment is light and airy. Friendly welcoming staff.

We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. Bed is nice and big. We really loved to have a perfectly working washing machine. The restaurant nearby, Brother Bong, is really nice. If you stay in the apartment and want nice food, go there.

Disappointing: While I typically avoid writing negative reviews, the lack of value in this case makes me share my disappointment. The apartment, while suitable for short stays, proved inadequate for longer durations. The absence of proper window coverings led to disrupted sleep due to excessive light, worsen by a glass door in the restroom. The host's response: "design problem," offered no solution, leaving us to fend for ourselves. Furthermore, while the apartment boasted a washing machine, it lacked basic amenities like laundry detergent and a drying rack, with the host suggesting using furniture as an alternative. What truly disappointed us was not just the lack of attention to detail in the apartment itself, but the host's lack of responsiveness in addressing our concerns, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. While we appreciated the prompt reimbursement for the nights we chose not to stay, it did little to mitigate our overall dissatisfaction of the experience.

We really liked the apartment, it was very bright and modern. The location was great, a few really nice neighbourhood restaurants and very easy to get tuktuks into town. However we did have an issue with Akane's responsiveness - we were moved to a different apartment from the one we booked at the last minute, and then Akane was really slow to respond to our questions about the new place. We weren't very happy about being moved to a different apartment as we have very specific requirements when it comes to tables and chairs (we need a space we can work at) and Akane was unable to reassure us that the new apartment would have a suitable space for us to work at. It made it all quite stressful. As it turns out the apartment we were moved to was absolutely fine, so all of the stress could have been resolved if Akane had just told us about the table and chairs in the new apartment and sent a picture
