Best vacation yet! Dale’s place had something for everyone, from young kids to grandparents! Dale was always helpful and we communicated the whole time we were there. We will be staying here EVERY trip to Phoenix!

Can’t say enough good things about Dales place. 1st of all he was real helpful and understanding of our situation of scrambling for a place to stay for our son’s last minute baseball tournament. Place had everything from a movie theater to a big spacious backyard with a pool. Backyard felt as like resort, hot tub was accessible as well that the adults enjoyed. Overall Dale is a fantastic host that’s very responsive when needed. Thanks once again Dale we hope to use your place in the future.

This home is its own slice of paradise! Inside is incredibly roomy with lots of amenities. The backyard is SPECTACULAR. A massive pool, swim-up bar, and an amazing lounge area perfect to relax after the day has passed. Incredible views of mountains from all parts of the property. If you are worried about the owner living upstairs, don’t be. I rented this house for 6 days and only saw Dale for 5 minutes after I checked in. He was an incredible host and was very respectful. He even messaged me a few times throughout the week to make sure I was all set. I will be returning for another stay very soon!
