The house is a perfect size for a large family. There were a few broken items I let the owner know, they were very responsive and asked if we needed it fixed right away. I let them know we were fine with it and to just make sure it was fixed for the next guest. The house was clean but there were a lot of spiderwebs. overall we had an amazing time and since it is so close to the river the sound of the rushing water is so relaxing.

Great house with working appliances, very clean. Carefully curated to welcome guests. This hosts are professionals and made me feel comfortable. It’s the perfect mix of a house that feels like home with a hotel like concierge service. Very responsive hosts. Thank you.

Perfect location. Very peaceful - no noise other than the wonderful sound of the river and the frogs (at night). Easy and quick to get into Sequoia National Park. The hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make nice meals. The patio was a great spot for eating outside. I would book again.

Came here on a girls trip to have some relaxation and this house was perfect! Loved the hot tub, had plenty of rooms to be comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!
