Location! Location! Location! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Duchesne river, private fishing access. This house is set off the road in a country setting. It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect. The property is located on 11 acres. Please stay within the fenced areas. However, there is full river access. The Duchesne river runs right through the property.

Amber's place was great for our family. It was exactly as described, clean and tastefully decorated. There were plenty of extras provided, such as shampoo, body wash, towels, extra pillows and blankets as well as a good supply of coffee. This is greatly appreciated and saves us a trip to the store. We will definitely stay here again!
Great place to get away and all but There are additional cleaning rules at the house that wasn’t mentioned on listing page.
Very quiet & clean and the place has everything you need to prepare / cook meals, comfy beds - great space. I will def return soon.
