Very spacious and perfect for families with its large gardens, in a quiet village, surrounded by hills, forests, walking trails and there is a childrens playground behind the property. A short drive away is an enormous recreational lake with sand and grass beaches, clean water swimming, water slide, water sports, bars, restaurants, plus nearby are indoor/outdoor swimming pools and a big water park 30 minutes away. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes away from the property. A very stylish interior with a mixture of traditional and modern elements - everyone loves the big jacuzzi corner bath! The stone walls are almost one metre thick and this keeps the rooms pleasantly cool in summer even when temperatures get over 30C. This first floor living space is very big (around 120 sq mts) and consists of a large kitchen with a breakfast bar (2 bar stools) and dining table that seats 6 people. You can relax by the wood burning stove in the central lounge area which has a comfortable leather suite. The largest bedroom (24 sq mts) has a double bed plus an upper single bunk bed with a desk below and the other bedroom has a king size bed with very comfortable orthopaedic mattresses and it would be possible to add two single beds meaning the whole apartment could sleep up to 7 persons and it may be possible to add another single in the lounge area if needed. There is a huge bathroom (16 m2) with large jacuzzi corner bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. There is a separate toilet room with wc, urinal and wash basin, next to the door to the garden. At the entrance door there is a balcony area with wooden railings overlooking the garden. Enjoy our beautiful mature garden, carefully designed with different areas to relax in, separated by trees, shrubs and covering over 1500 square meters - guests have described it as paradise! Make use of the portable BBQ, the wood fired bread/pizza oven or open fire pit to sit around and grill famous Czech sausages! There is outdoor dining table and chairs and hammocks for relaxing. There is a childrens playground immediately behind the house - where there is also a professional tennis/five aside football court and a few training machines. You can prepare your meals in the apartment´s big stylish and fully equipped kitchen (32 m2) or walk a few steps to a newly opened little restaurant/pub for a change. A few minutes drive is another village with bars and restaurants where you can sample authentic Czech dishes plus a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant run by Vietnamese people or a bit further is the nearest town that has a wide selection of restaurants and bars including a Chinese restaurant and pizza bars. Close by is the famous game restaurant at Konopiště Castle where you can try game in season, such as wild boar, roe or red deer, moufflon, hare, etc.
