We have stayed at many places in Matlacha and Cape Coral and this was by far the best. All the way around. The clean place, comfortable beds, amazing pool. Temperature was perfect. Would stay again. Loved it!

Absolutely fabulous!! The house had even more room than anticipated! There are two living room areas. The outside seating is covered with multiple tables to sit and enjoy the outside while still being covered. Had all the amenities you would need. The location was amazing, we saw dolphins, stingrays, and jumping fish all in the backyard water. Saw FL nature without having to go anywhere! We went with our 2 children, they loved the bunkbeds, having their own room with a TV. The pool was great with the pool toys. The house was cleaned when we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. Was a perfect vacation for a family!! Thank you so much, we made so many special memories!! I would recommend the stay to other families!

A beautiful home for a great price. We were four buddies on a kayak fishing trip and didn’t even have to leave the house…great fishing right from the kayak launch.

Beautiful place, the layout of the house was fantastic, looks like everything was brand new. So many amenities were available in the house that are not listed. The neighborhood felt very safe with very friendly neighbors. The renters next door to us were jealous that our pool was warm and theirs wasn't. Carrie was wonderful, I emailed her with a few questions and concerns before we decided on the house, and she got back to me immediately. She emailed while we were there to ask how things were going and if we needed anything. Loved our mother, daughter, granddaughter time at this adorable place.
