There were difficulties that spoilt the beginning of our holiday. The highlights were the stunning views, great location, comfortable beds, good quality bedding and a good shower. There was no code to use the air con for two days in 39 degrees heat (this was not the first time this had happened, see previous reviews) lots of time taken in first two days trying to sort this out. Made Comfy claim a 24/7 service but out of hours it is problematic, this was the same when the washing machine broke down with all but one of our towels in, we had to wait until the next day. We received a paltry amount from Made Comfy for inconvenience with a small addition from airb&b. A good apartment spoilt by the management of it. Helen & Liz
Nice location and great view. Apartment itself could use a little makeover but location/view is making up for it. Would stay there again.
The view and location are amazing. Unfortunately, we had a couple of issues in the first days of our stay: cleanliness was not the best when we arrived and we were not able to operate the A/C because of missing instructions. The communication with the host was very slow. Everything was solved in the end, but it took a long time.
Great location. great View. Place needs maintenance and cleaning. The Host is unavailable should there be a problem. We were locked out and had to call a locksmith as host did not respond after numerous calls and 3 hours of waiting. False advertising. There is no 24/7 support. The place needs a thorough clean and maintenance. Wouldn’t stay again
Unbeatable view and location, good amenities with all the basics. Apartment is in good repair for the suburb, great beach style apartment with eclectic furnishings.
