Welcome to our renovated and designed in a contemporary style studio! It's located on the 3rd floor of a historic building and is equipped with everything you may need for your trip to Malaga. As the window overlooks the inner courtyard, you will stay away from the noise of Malaga's bustling streets while staying in the heart of the city. In the surroundings there is a wide variety of bars, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions and the beach is just 12 min away! Thanks to its modern design and sage colours, it is a stylish and cosy space. There are two main areas: bedroom and dining-kitchen. The bed is perfect for 2 people 150x200cm. There is a sofa that could be transformed into a bed for 1 child. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric induction stove, knives, pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining table for 2 people that can serve as a desk. The bathroom is fully renovated. We provide you with all the bathroom necessities: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, first aid kit. We have AC, heating, and fast wifi. The studio is located on the 3rd floor in a building with elevator. ATTENTION: There are works on the street nearby, therefore you may be disturbed by some daytime noise during the business hours.

Verblijf in deze Airbnb was prima! De gastvrouw was erg gastvrij en zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. De accommodatie zelf was prachtig ingericht, netjes en voorzien van alle nodige voorzieningen. De locatie was perfect, dicht bij alle attracties, maar toch rustig genoeg voor een goede nachtrust. Ik kan deze Airbnb ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf!
Die Unterkunft war schön, super zentral und auch sauber. Jedoch gab es ein paar Sachen, die gestört haben. Zum Beispiel die Regel de Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Außerdem war es in der Unterkunft immer sehr feucht, weil es sich um ein innenliegendes Bad handelt, ich denke gerade im Sommer könnte das problematisch sein. Die Unterkunft ist super zentral, was auch zu Lärmbelästigung führt. Innerhalb des Hauses aber auch von draußen. Aber dafür kann ja die Unterkunft nichts.
Erg fijne plek centraal in het oude stadcentrum vol winkels en restaurants. Het appartement was kleiner dan op de foto's, het bed was redelijk, maar erg schoon en netjes.
Perfekte Lage und sehr sauber. Das Team war immer direkt zu erreichen und super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
