love the area and the place
Place was great, I enjoyed staying there. There was a problem with construction noise in the unit above - the host offered other options, but I decided to stay, as I spent most of the day time outside. Overall, was a positive experience and I’ll be back.
Juan and the Wynwood House Team did an amazing job ensuring we had a wonderful stay! The communication was excellent and always timely! The apartment was immaculate and was as gorgeous as pictured. The place was well appointed with all the amenities you could possibly want. The location was very secure and in a picturesque area situated near several walkable restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and fully expect to be back myself!
It’s a great place to stay with lots of places to eat and walk. Also, nearby pharmacy at a very convenient distance which is great.

The neighbors tend to run, take their pets for a walk, sit down to have an ice cream, watch the sunsets or read the newspaper. The park was the entrance to the disappeared Hippodrome of the Countess, since the Hacienda de la Condesa was located there, a prosperous property of the Countess of Miravalle where herds were raised, corn and magueyes were planted.
