I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was clean and spacious. The only thing that would have made the place perfect would have been a washing machine and a portable clothes rack so you wouldn't have to go down 4 flights to hang up wet clothes, and if the wifi had been working. (In fairness I did not say anything because I had portable wifi.) But the place was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The housekeeper Leah was fantastic. She did a great job keeping the place clean. I even caught her cleaning my shoes, when I told her she didn't have to she just smiled and said it was ok. Doris always responded to questions very quickly and never seemed bothered by them. The guards were friendly and helpful. Though the supermarkets were a bit of a walk, there was a produce market right down the street and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

An affordable comfortable place to stay within easy walking distance of the central business district including coffee shops and restaurants and the central market. Really ideal for long stays.

I enjoyed my stay and will return. The apartment is spacious and a great value for the price. It is not fancy, but it served me well with everything I needed for a month long stay. It is on the 4th floor without a lift, but it kinda liked the exercise. Really easy walking distance to the business area and market. I particularly enjoyed the balcony with a view of Mt Meru. There were a couple small issues, but they were addressed quickly and easily.

Hamias place is so gorgeous however there is no microwave and her living room seats are quite uncomfortable and tuff you cannot sit for long hours.The house is on the 4th floor no lift so you have all the stairs to yourself and its good for exercise but unfriendly to disabled pax. Internet was a nightmare apparently after the first recharge of 10$ you have to pay it yourself if it depletes something we did not notice until flagged , Consider having monthly unlimited internet from a reliable supplier🤔.The house has too much space that needs to be utilised and futuristic would love that to make guests more comfy. The TV needs Netflix etc don't limit your clients to only TV stations in a digital world they would love to watch more while resting at your facility. Most Airbnbs give their clients soaps and other personal effects but this was not a reality in this home compared to other ventures. we look forward to better hosting next time .

Everything about Hamia's place is great, and she is a great host, I highly recommend.
