Este alojamiento no fue nada cómodo, somos un grupo de 8 personas que viaja a convenciones asi que solo utilizamos el airbnb para dormir y tal vez comer algo en la noche, pero este lugar no contaba con dormitorios cómodos asi como edredónes y sabanas viejas, las toallas de baño también estaban viejas, lo peor fue la comunicación, tuvimos un inconveniente con la cerradura, regresamos al airbnb a la 1am y nadie nos respondió aun cuando anuncian servicio al cliente 24/7, tuvimos que solucionar y logramos ingresar a la casa a las 3am. Al siguiente día a la media noche, nos disponíamos a dormir ya que el check out era al siguiente día a las 10 am, cuando de repente alguien abre la puerta del airbnb y nos dice que si no hicimos el check out en la mañana, a lo cual respondimos que era al siguiente día, fue una situación muy incómoda a pesar de que aun estábamos despiertos. Realmente una mala experiencia
Service and responsiveness by the host, amenities, and space were great!! Nothing went wrong during our stay, and the host was also very flexible and accommodating!
Overall we had a great stay at this home everything was as described and like the pictures shown, the only downside was we were unable to use the basement due to construction, I wish this was communicated before we booked the house, and to add Evolve team communicated with us with quick and helpful responses.
Nice place. Fair price.
