The pictures are accurate and the landlord respond pretty quickly. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful. There were a few issues though 1. the bathroom is weirdly designed as the shower head is directly facing the shower curtain which led to a low key flooding issue in the bathroom and the shower area is pretty tiny too 2. there're no central heating in this house. there's an electronic gas heater in the living room area which warm up the area pretty quickly but there're two rooms with only one portable heater 3. one of the rooms doesn't have an actual door (just a curtain)

A clean, comfortable and quiet guest home in a Linville Falls area golf community. Neighbors and residents were friendly and welcoming, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed for a fall family weekend getaway. Lots of nice decorator and host touches made our stay even nicer.
