Amazing independent 3-bedroom Villa located by the "Pinar de la Barrosa", a peaceful and natural area just 10 minutes walk to La Barrosa beach (1 minute by car). It is a newly built property with high standards, private garden and an astonishing, private swimming pool (8x3 metres) with staggering colours. The Villa avails of 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 twin). A brand-new kitchen with all mod-cons. A short walk from here you will find plenty of Bars and Restaurant in La Barrosa/Sancti Petri area. Being the Villa a newly built, everything in brand-new and stylish. There is a powerful air conditioning and ceiling fans. Amazing garden with marvelous swimming pool (8x3 metres) which is protected by new fence for children's safety. The Villa avails of 3 bedrooms. 2 Bedroom avail of a king size bed (160x200cm), the third bedroom avails of two single beds (90x200cm), plus sofa bed for 1 Inside the Villa there is a modern bathroom with walk-in / rainfall shower. In the garden there is a bathroom with WC and Basin, while by the swimming pool an external shower. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hobs, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The beautiful living room avail of modern sofa and a Flat screen TV. Wi-Fi available throughout the house. This is eco-friendly property which generates its electricity through solar panels. Both air-conditioning and heating are made available through the split machine located in the living room and wirk perfectly due to the high house insulation. Antes de nada agradecer a Rocío y a Diego, su disponibilidad y su amabilidad, respondiendo a nuestras necesidades y dudas. Nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien. La casa es nueva, la piscina y el patio amplios. Nos gustó tanto que hemos cancelado planes, para aprovechar el día en la casa. Una barbacoa de obra, nueva y muy buena. Garaje privado grande y caben hasta 3 coches (nosotros llevamos 2). Tranquilidad: una zona muy tranquila. Hay obras en las casas de alrededor pero estan terminando. no hay mucho ruido. Ubicación : a 20 min de la playa andando, a 5 min en coche de la zonas de los supermercados y demas. Limpieza : Todo bien. En conclusion todo muy bien y recomiendo plenamente la casa. ¡¡¡que os vaya bien!!!
Estuvimos muy a gusto. Fue poco tiempo y no usamos ni electrodomésticos ni el aire acondicionado. No puedo opinar sobre el funcionamiento. Es un gusto la piscina y el espacio exterior del que dispone. Eso sí, aunque no está lejos la playa necesitas coche porque vas cargado con toallas y demás (en mi caso, que voy con niños) Los anfitriones muy bien.
We had a great family time in this house. It was clean, the beds comfortable and the location quiet. The pool is also well maintained. Diego is very easy to communicate with, available and responsive.

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda en Villa Serendipia. La casa es nueva, muy limpia y aparece exactamente como en las fotos. La piscina fenomenal, nos encantó. Excelente ubicación en una zona tranquila y la playa a 10 minutos andando. La anfitriona muy amable y pendiente de cualquier cosa. Todo impecable. Seguramente volveremos el año que viene!
