A genuinely special place to stay. The building has been renovated with such care and Woodbridge is a great place to explore. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely relaxing 3 night stay. We knew we wanted to visit Sutton Hoo, Framlington and RSPB Minsmere. The location was perfect for this. We ate at the Kings Head pub, a short walk away each evening. The windmill was amazing. Such a beautiful stunning conversion. We did think it was a little odd that it was totally surrounded by (retirement?) flats but to be honest it didn’t matter at all. It was so quiet, especially at night. We were a bit nervous getting our car in and out of the garage but it proved to be a very good place to keep the car off-road overnight. All in all, highly recommended.

We loved our stay in this interesting mill. Very peaceful and quiet and nicely decorated. Tessa and Pip communicated really well which made our trip from Australia go smoothly. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Loved the Windmill! Everything you’d expect from an Airbnb with the added extra of 3 more floors to explore. The view from the top is fantastic. Woodbridge is a great place to visit. Lots of pubs and restaurants and independent shops. Great walks along the river. Highly recommend.

A good spot to stay for the Suffolk coast, Sutton Hoo and obviously Woodbridge itself. The mill is around 5 minutes walk from a couple of pubs, a restaurant and the key shops for your basics. Check in was straightforward, the parking (garage) located 30 seconds walk from the door was helpful. Accommodation was as described and clean, bed comfortable etc. Happy to recommend, thanks.
