I casually arrived in Cuenca the weekend of a local bank holiday or something like that and there was almost no accommodation left so I randomly booked this place. I have to give 5 stars based on the value for money. It’s a strange sort of South America farm type with random travellers (both South Americans and Europeans) passing through or working on the farm. The complex itself is split into 2 with the guests in one section and the owners in another - so you’re completely independent. The room actually has a private bathroom despite what is listed. It really is a rudimentary farm hostel type where the guests and owners don’t stay together so don’t expect exceptional cleanliness, but likewise don’t complain given the price.
