Huge 3300 sqft 2 story unit! Only 2 blocks East of Tower Grove park! Super awesome neighborhood walkable to restaurants, coffee shops & nightlife! This historic home has been completely remodeled! The 1st level has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen, & screened in porch + a full bath & a half bath! The 2nd level has a huge family area, 2 bedrooms & another Full bath. Each bedroom has its own tv, desk, dresser, & queen bed! 1 car garage!!! Super fast wireless 1 Gig WiFi!! it's a very unique massive space, has a ton of room and natural light, we did however add blinds & room darkening curtains in each bed room. there is central heat and central air and also radiator heat which is especially good in the cold winter months. I've always loved the screened in porch and the front patio picnic tables fenced in area!

House was wonderful but we had issues with the host. He insisted on meeting us to check in - there is no door code. We were arriving late and he wasn’t going to meet us to let us in. We had to make special arrangements just to get the key. This is not how air b&b works - you are not supposed to have to meet anyone to check in. We also had to leave the house early as the host kept entering the property unannounced. He came multiple times while we were at work and then sent nasty messages saying we had not cleaned up the house. Then sent us a bill for $200 for his time cleaning. Again- it was not check out day this was just a random day he decided to come in the house. We always clean up the properties - see all our reviews. We called air b&b and they refunded us our stay as this is not allowed with air b&b for the host to enter the home unannounced. We left the house clean and took video to prove it.

Tower Grove East is a vibrant neighborhood named after Tower Grove Park which is two blocks West of our home. all day long you'll see people walking their dogs back and forth to the park, walking to the neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. The homes in our neighborhood were built in the early 1900s and have incredible historic charm, take a walk and check them out!!
there is a bus line, two blocks west and another bus line two blocks south. the grand bus (which is two blocks west of the property) will take you down to the MetroLink which will run you out to the airport in one direction and then in the opposite direction goes to the downtown area. While the public transportation is really close and convenient most guest tend to use Uber as we are centrally / close to everything.
