Come and enjoy the charm and beauty of the White Mountains! Our guest house is surrounded by tall pines and junipers and totally fenced in for the upmost privacy. Your private gated entrance leads you to your semi-private patio and beautiful French doors. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea in your cozy bistro set. Upon entering the guesthouse, you will be impressed by the attention to detail and farmhouse decor in this brand new 400 sq ft haven. The living space is complete with AC and an upscale sofa and chaise, recliner and rocking chair, as well as a 54”Roku tv with access to antenna channels, dvds, Netflix, Hulu and many other apps. Your queen sized wall bed conveniently “folds” away and will impress you with its high thread count sheets and an assortment of bed pillows. The beautiful kitchenette, complete with granite and tile backsplash has everything you need for preparing a light meal, including 2 gas burners, a microwave and a full sized refrigerator. The bathroom has a Carrara marble vanity and a rustic tiled shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shared backyard is a gorgeous area, complete with grass areas, Adirondack chairs and games (weather permitting) and are for your use only from 8am-10pm. The deck and saltwater hot tub are available exclusively to you from 7pm-10pm. Though the main house is attached to the deck, we will make ourselves scarce so that you may enjoy all of the outdoor amenities!
