In Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot, we offer this charming 120 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 29 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 50 m² garden. Bed linen included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - 29 m² living room with TV and sitting area - Open kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Sleeping area - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC - Bedroom 2: Double bed - Bedroom 3: Mezzanine with double bed and three single beds - Bedroom 4: Single bed with desk - Shower room with adjoining WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot. Exterior: - 50 m² enclosed garden - A covered terrace of approx. 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

Nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes durant notre séjour : Présence d'odeur nauséabonde dans tout le logement même à l'étage (remontées d'égouts 24/24H). Pb signalé sur place et aucune solution trouvé. Manque de vaisselles pour le nombre de personnes prévues, la batterie de cuisine n'était pas adaptée à l'induction (1 poêle sur 4 adaptée. Balais, pelles, balayette, tapis d'entrée, bassine, panier à linge, couteau à pain..., inexistants. - Mauvaise réception TV, mobilier vétuste... Accès mezzanine dangereux (échelle sans rambarde!) Compteur électrique trop faible = disjoncte. Accès à l'Airbnb par un chemin forestier défoncé et boueux. En partant de l'Airbnb, le sabot au sol du portail a raccroché le dessous de ma voiture, car le chemin de la location était creusé au passage des roues. Incident qui nous a voulu un passage en garage... En conclusion nous ne recommandons pas cet Airbnb, au vu du prix payé nous sommes déçu de notre séjour. Ménage facturé 210€, prix injustifié et abusif
If You want a Peaceful Relaxing stay in St.Livarde this is the PerfectLocation. We were a Rowing Group from Ireland and were Rowing on the River Lot as Much as Possible, so We Had no Time to go online but There is No WiFi at the Property but I'm Sure that this will be Rectified beforeLong.

Au niveau de la localité,Le logement est très bien placé. La maison est en pleine forêt au calme. Un lieu vraiment reposant! Les magasins sont proches et facilement accessibles. Il y a beaucoup de commune à proximité à visiter (pujols, Montflanquin....etc ) A notre arrivée, ce fut un vrai plaisir d'avoir les lits préparés. Encore Merci à Julien (notre hôte de cocoonr) pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous avons eu l'opportunité de rencontrer les propriétaires et leurs enfants. Ils sont très accueillants et discrets. En finalité, je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !

The property is very quiet and located in the middle of nature. It lies in an exceptional setting on the banks of two rivers and in the heart of unspoilt nature with remarkable biodiversity. A greenway bordering the property completes the picture, allowing you to discover the surrounding countryside in a gentle way, by bike, on foot or inline skates. It's also possible to fish on the Lot as well as on the presqu'île, a unique spot on the river between two waters.
Activities :
- A wide range of water sports are available in the surrounding area
- The town of Castelmoron, 8 minutes away by car, has a sandy beach on the Lot, with supervised swimming in summer and the possibility of renting canoes, boats and pedalos.
- There are also a number of picturesque villages to visit, including Pujols, Laparade and Penne d'Agenais.
- There's also the Friday morning market in Sainte-Livrade, accessible by bike or 5 minutes by car, a major market with never less than 150 stallholders, and often more than 200 in summer, and which has been going on for over a century.
- Finally, there are all the gourmet markets that take place in most of the region's villages one evening a week. This is a great way to sample both the gastronomy and the local atmosphere.
