Cozy house/condo with free Wi-Fi, free parking spot, on a beautiful premises with a front and back yard garden, 6 mins walking from the nearest beach! Equiped with electrical home appliances. With a beautiful garden and a built-in barbeque. Suitable for up to 3 adults, or a small family of 3. The house has a big queen size double bed and a very comfortable couch as an extra bed. Free parking on the premises. Bonus: You may get to meet some cute turtles! The whole atmosphere gives a sense of uniqueness to the house. My parents, Helen and Giorgos, made this beautiful place with love and care! Helen has decorated the house meticulously with only the best memoirs from around the world. The garden both front and back with our lemon, apricot and mandarin trees offers an opportunity to relax and calm. At the back yard there are also a couple of very cute turtles. George is taking care of them, we hope that you get to meet them! The house is very close to everything. Walking distance: 5 mins to closest supermarket, 6 mins to closest beach, 4 mins to closest bakery and pastry.

This place had everything we needed and I recommend to rent it. If we come again to Athens I would stay there again. Very nice and quiet place, good space with comfortable furniture, good vibes, kitchen has everything including stainless steel kitchen wear, no Teflon pots, which is good, so no toxins in your food if you prefer to cook there. Clean beds and bathrooms towels. Really gorgeous place.
Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός! Απαντάει άμεσα στα μηνύματα! Να σημειωθεί ότι την ημέρα που θα φεύγαμε ακυρώθηκε το δρομολόγιο προς Ραφήνα, και μας ενημέρωσε έγκαιρα, παρατείνοντας την ώρα του check out για τη διευκόλυνση μας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καρυστου σε μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Διαθέτει και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ προσεγμένο! Κατάλληλο και πολύ άνετο για 3 άτομα. Θα ξαναμεναμε σιγουρα εκει!
Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ότι τους ζητηθεί. Εξυπηρετικοί και εγκάρδιοι. Εύκολο Πάρκιν με εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλιακή.
Appartamento comodo nelle vicinanze del centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Posto auto privato. Letto basso ma con materasso comodissimo. Fornitura di alimenti per la prima colazione e marmellata fatta in casa da Helene. OTTIMA! Un'accoglienza da parte di Georges calda, gentile e discreta. Karistos è carina e intorno ha delle spiagge favolose. Da consigliare
Οι οικοδεσπότες που μας καλωσόρισαν ήταν ευγενεστατοι και χαμογελαστοί. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και πολύ όμορφος. Είχε τα πάντα δεν έλειπε τίποτα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

It is located near everything you may need, including markets, bakeries and of course an organized beach.
We trust you and your family will have the best of time!
The house is only 15 mins driving from the port of Marmari, which offers a direct connection with Athens via Rafina port. The closest beach is only 6 mins walking. Near the house you will find shops and markets.
We recommend enjoying a night out near our beautiful small boat port.
