This was a great please to stay with my 3 children and wife. Definitely worth the stay, we will have this house in our mind for our next Mystic, CT visit. We loved the house, as it has all we need!

We loved our stay here. It was unique being on a little sliver of land between a main road and a tributary. It was very walkable to the seaport (maybe 10-15 minutes) where we enjoyed an afternoon, got dinner at the Engine Room and walked back to the house. The stairs up to the loft were a little steep and the staircase narrow but it was a cute spot up there. We enjoyed all the kitchen amenities and the flexible lighting even though it took a few minutes to figure out all the remotes and thermostats. I had to message Jon about the thermostat at one point and he said they'd have someone check once we left so thankfully we were able to warm up the place with the mini splits instead and eventually figured out the wall thermostat. Instructions could be helpful there. Tips to get to the driveway (which is a gravel offshoot of their street behind a shop) would also save some confusion but it wasn't too bad. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'd certainly come back!

My family had a great stay at Jon’s place. I was in touch with him before we arrived and he was super responsive throughout the entire visit. The apartment is very sweet, comfortable and clean, clean, clean. It looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Keyless entry allowed my entire family to come and go as we pleased - loved it. The on site parking and proximity to downtown Mystic is clutch. It’s just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants without being right in the thick of it all. The beds are comfy with pristine white sheets and comforters and we all slept very well. I am very much looking forward to booking again in the summer and taking advantage of being so close to the water. We will be bringing our paddle boards and enjoying the launch site that’s right across the street from the apartment. Thanks for a great stay Jon.

Lovely home within an easy walk of downtown and the Seaport Museum. Aquarium a short drive away. Exactly as expected based on the listing - very charming, stylish, and clean. The private parking was a huge plus and would be even more so in high season! Would stay again without hesitation.
