Located a block away from Indy’s best view at Highland Park, you’ll walk to nearby watering holes & restaurants, with your only worry being which genre of artisan pizza to choose from. Relax in style in the sunroom with the house record player & Sonos, sip complimentary local coffee, & strum a tune on the house guitar. This stand alone house features large, bright, open rooms with high ceilings, and and upstairs loft space joining two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom & shower! The ground level floor has a half bathroom, a laundry room and office space. The property has a front/side covered porch, as well as a sunroom and back patio overlooking the private backyard garden.

We stayed for a week with 3 adults and an 18 month old. The beds were extremely comfy and it's so important to have a comfortable bed when away from home! Location was really convenient for purpose of trip but there are trains so while that didn't disturb the baby, it did distract at night some for the adults. The host responded great when we needed help. The house was stocked great with so much of what we needed but didnt bring/forgot to bring. Parking: The alley to access back parking has giant potholes but was easier to deal with sometimes than the limited street parking having a bigger a vehicle. 18 month old loved playing in the back garden. There are lilac trees out front and the fragrance was so nice while sitting on the front porch. Overall, nice week-long stay at a home away from home.
What a gem this place is! The pictures do not do it justice. This old house is lovingly restored with beautiful touches throughout. Comfortable, quiet, in a wonky little neighborhood close to downtown. Was worried we’d hear traffic so close to the freeway but we didn’t at all. Best of all, the house is immaculate, beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Indy!
So glad we found Matt’s place to stay while we were in town for a concert. The space is so cute, clean and peaceful. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the modern kitchen. It’s close to downtown, only an $6 Uber ride or maybe a 25 minute walk if you’re feeling up to it. Matt was a flexible and responsive host and went the extra mile leaving us a sweet treat from their favorite local bakery - we ended up visiting there to bring some goodies home! Overall, we had a great stay. My guests mentioned coming back for a long weekend. Highly recommend this space!
Street parking was hard to find but there was parking in the back.
I look forward to another opportunity to stay in this beautiful space! My friend and I absolutely loved our stay; the beds are comfortable and the space is such a great aesthetic. I will be recommending this place to anyone coming into the area. The cookies when we first arrived were a nice surprise! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Matt!
