One of the nicer unit in R&F Princess Cove with the value. Room is clean and amenities like soaps, tower, toothbrushes are provided.

The house condition is as described. Clean, spacious. Provide disposable toothbrush & toothpaste. Clean towels for guest. We love the balcony the most! Great for family. Snacks provided (chargeable). Love this initiative. Easy communication with host. Host is kind & understanding. Plus point for that. 👌 TV has netflix (need to sign in on your own account) but prime is free. Minus 1 point because the host should have indicated that there will be deposit fee of RM200 (meant for keycard). Overall, I’ll rate this place 9/10.

the owner did not inform the check in instruction yet take a long time to reply. also they did not indicate that there is a RM 200 deposit to be paid upfront. i lost my way in the carpark itself. the door lock is faulty. spent a very long time for owner to reply and arrange someone to assist me . house got no Tissue, plates and quite dusty.
