Welcome to BnB Centre-Ville 1 in Nancy! Located on the 3rd and top floor, this modern flat offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Please contact me if you have any questions or special requests. We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable stay in Nancy ! The bedding (double bed) is brand new. A cot is also available in the apartment. No WiFi and no tv. Linen is included in the rental price, including towels, bath mat and sheets. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, kettle and crockery. So you can prepare your meals with ease. Coffee, tea and basic condiments are provided for your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shower gel (body and hair) and hand soap.

Apartment located on Place des Vosges, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the property. The apartment is also within walking distance of the Sciences Po Paris campus in Nancy and the CNAM, as well as the CHRU de Nancy.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Place Stanislas.
If you prefer, you can also get there by bus in less than 5 minutes (tickets cost €1.40 and are free at weekends). You can park in the secure, pay parking lot Place des Vosges, just opposite the building.
