房子挨着火车站，交通很便利，周边有亚超，澳超，购物很方便。房子设施设备齐全，干净整洁，还有一个是也很好的阳台，可以看日出，非常棒！房东也允许了我们提前入住，真的体验很不错。

Apartment is spacious enough. Beds comfortable. Enough pots and pans for cooking but could Do with more plates and bowls and cutlery. There is a dishwasher but you go through all the dishes in one sitting with a small family so you end up handwashing anyway. Basic cooking condiments not provided. Not saying they should but it’s a nice touch. Blockout blind was broken we arrived and fell off not long after so one room was light filled very early. Right near train tracks but double glazed so no noise if you keep everything closed. We had issues with cleaning when we arrived but host was very responsive. However it was inconvenient to have cleaners back, it looked as though cleaning had slipped through the cracks for some time. No mop & bucket to clean up yourself. For a Long stay of more than a couple of nights this is essential, especially families with kids who make a mess. Overall, it was well Priced but in my option, a clean space is a basic requirement and expectation.
