This stunning penthouse with spectacular sea views is located in the prestigious 'Mirador de Estepona Hills' urbanisation, one of the most exclusive estates along the Costa del Sol. The Master bedroom is ensuite, whilst the second bedroom has it's bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has a double bed where as the other has singles. Both have ample storage space. The open plan living space flows perfectly to the large terrace which is the jewel in the crown, with epic sea and city views! The south facing terrace has sea views and also overlooks Estepona town. The property enjoys one of the larger terraces available at Estepona Hills, with both comfortable dining and relaxing spaces outdoors. There is underground parking with an elevator to the apartment. There are also electric parking stations within the urbanization.

Jesteśmy w tym obiekcie drugi raz, usytuowanie bardzo korzystne. Wybrany teraz apartament zapewnił wszystkie udogodnienia jakich potrzebowaliśmy, a jest wszystko jak w domu:) a oprócz tego fantastyczny widok na morze na czym nam najbardziej zależało. Dziękujemy.

Booked two weeks then extended our stay! Beautiful, modern apartment with all we needed to self-cater our way through our stay. Beds really comfortable, terrace a good size, kitchen well equipped, rich tv channels, luxury bathrooms, and dedicated parking space. Gym and padel club on the facilities with discounted rate. 25 minute walk into Estepona old town through the bottom gate of the urbanisation. We would certainly return if we are back in the Estepona area. A couple of observations that did not affect our stay. The community pool was closed due to severe water shortages in the area, with no view on when it might open. The sound insulation in the apartment is not great, though this was not that much of an issue for us in March when the urbanisation was quiet.
Convenient location in a safe and calm gated community. Great view of the ocean and overlooking Estepona.
Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds. Sunny balcony with good outdoor furniture. The complex has two sparklingly clean swimming pools, one of which has a cafe that serves excellent food. Its an easy 25 minute walk downhill into town and only 7 Euro taxi ride home

Mirador de Estepona Hills is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive urbanisations.
The estate features two large swimming pools surrounded by Balinese beds and sun loungers. Both pools have separate children's pools and are serviced by their own pool bar and restaurant.
On site there is also a boutique delicatessen which also has it's own terrace. Should you need a larger supermarket, there is a Mercadona a mere 2 minute drive away.
From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive.
Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount
Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are under an hour away by car.
Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 5/20/30 minute drive away respectively.
