Close to the railway train station, easy access to Lynnmall, CBD and New Market. 20 mins driving to the Airport and within half an hour driving, you could reach Muriwai and Piha beach. Kick back in the largest bedroom in this house with the Queen size bed with plenty of sunshine in a sunny day. The bathroom will be shared with me and my partner, also our cat. Off street parking available. This townhouse is the last one of the three. You will need to pass two neighours to access the entry door.

Evan and his partner is polite, helpful and very responsive. The place is Indeed peaceful, i like their furniture. They have all the appliances you need. I love cooking and I appreciate that their kitchen is always clean. Although the room is on the second floor, they will help you carry your luggage so don’t worry :) The location is 20-25mins walk to the warehouse, countdown depends on your speed. Better if you have a car. Thanks evan. My apologies for being so loud at some time, please extend my appreciation to your partner. I had a great time at your place :)
