We've stayed there for a month (2 people). Shortly: Pros: 1. Eric is a good host - communication, recommendations, helping with the questions - all is right! 2. Great wifi and good TV 3. AC is working normally, can't say much about it 4. Washing machine is very handy Cons: 1. The view from the window is NOT what was shown - the photos show trees and city view, but we got into the other apartments and there's a whole highway right there, with all the noises and no view at all. My mistake not asking about it beforehand, but we were pretty sad all this time being there. It's VERY noisy 2. There's an infestation with ants everywhere (we were clean and threw trash right after the meal) and there was a giant cockroach in the bathroom, thanks to Eric he gave us a bug spray but that didn't help 3. There's no cutlery, only 2 cups, a bowl and a cutting board Eric is a good host, the place is nearly as described, BUT I cannot recommend the apartment we got. Ask for the one with trees!

Nice apartment in a nice condominium, but the apartment lacks basic utensils for a long stay. No Plates, glasses, or cutlery which is frustrating when you get takeaways. There is no broom, mop, or hoover to do basic cleaning during your stay. Nice pool and gym at the tenant's disposal.
