If hospitality has the definition,Vickram listing is the right destination...!!!!! Everything is as it is described on website.The property is at quite place and very peaceful. The entire listing was super clean,fully equipped kitchen, rooms were very comfortable and the staff Nitin and Rajesh (Security officer) were very helpful and very cooperative.They went over and beyond to make my stay delighted. One can book this listing to spend quality time with their friends or family. Everything is available in distance of 10-15 minutes via auto be it Juhu Beach for relaxation,Juhu Church for Pray/ buy groceries or 5* Hotels for dinner brunch like Novotel, Sun-N-Sand or J.W Marriott Hotel or Juhu PVR to watch movies or Juhu Shopper Stop Mall to shop. Last but not the least,Host Vickram is very quick responsive over any concerns.Host Vickram is amazing person and very professional and cooperative throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone whoever is visting to Mumbai.

Well where do I Start! I arrived in India Mombai, my rental was not ready, I had to pay for extra accommodation. next day arrived. I moved into a building site. dirty walls, fans cable sticking out. kitchen disgusting, pillows with uring and sweat, duvet stuck with safety pins, all covers on bed stayed and dirty. Television not working. Microwave dirty and outdated. Hot plat burnt and disgusting. Double bed uncomfortable. Mould on walks. You can hear people next door speak load and farting. No Fresh Towels. Pictures on Website false advertisement. this person has many properties. when I left he told me he has some one else moving in. He needs to be band from all sites. He Robs people, for him it is quick cash. he is a narcissist lier pretending to be a business man, but I have pointed out my experience, I hope no one else gets hurt. Blessings Heike Erlemann
